Our Passover Festival service offers a chance to consider the core themes of the holiday. Throughout the service we will consider freedom, and what it means to be truly free. The service includes a lively learning session, a Torah reading, and a selection from Song of Songs, the biblical scroll associated with Passover. At the conclusion of the service, we’ll join together in a spirited Oneg, with tasty treats for the holiday.

The holiday of Passover (Pesach in Hebrew) is perhaps one of the most central to Jewish life and history. More widely observed than any other holiday, Passover celebrates the biblical account of the Israelites’ redemption and escape from 400 years of Egyptian slavery.
