Executive Assistant to the Cantors / Music & B’nei Mitzvah Program Coordinator

WRT seeks a highly organized, people-centered professional to serve as a key partner to the cantorial team — providing administrative support, coordinating worship and music programming logistics, and managing the B’nei Mitzvah experience from planning through execution. Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and a basic knowledge of Jewish traditions are helpful, but above all, this role is for someone who finds meaning in supporting others and contributing to the sacred work of the WRT community.

Executive Assistant to the Rabbis

The Executive Assistant to the Rabbis is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Congregant Relations and Pastoral Care, providing high-level administrative, scheduling, and program support to the clergy team while delivering exceptional organization, discretion, and customer service in a busy, congregant-facing environment.

WRT Membership & Program Engagement Director

This leadership role is ideal for a warm, skilled professional who will own the full arc of the membership experience — from first inquiry through long-term engagement and renewal — while coordinating clergy- and volunteer-led programs across our active, seven-day-a-week community, bringing exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills and a genuine love of people and Jewish community life.

Assistant Manager of Facilities

This full-time position reports to the Facilities Manager and follows a schedule of five days per week — typically Tuesday through Saturday afternoons and evenings during the school year — with schedule variations for special events, Jewish holidays, and summer months, and requires the utmost courtesy and calm professionalism in all interactions with staff, community members, and outside vendors.
