A Family Mitzvah Event
Wednesday, July 16 5:30 – 7:00 pm Westchester Reform Temple
UJA Westchester Families and Westchester Reform Temple invite you to join us in working with Supplies for Success to ensure that every child has the tools to succeed in the classroom. This fundraiser and packing event will support our Annual Back to School Drive. Backpacks will be donated to a UJA partner and a grantee — Westchester Jewish Community Services (WJCS) and Hope Community Services.
Every child deserves a shot at success, and a new school year should be a fresh start no matter a child’s background or level of family income. Yet many children from underserved communities start school without the basic supplies they need: paper, pencils, binders, and notebooks. You can help by donating and packing backpacks!
Parents, children, and grandparents are all welcome!
UJA is grateful to Westchester Reform Temple for their participation and support.
Questions? Contact Katie Lipson at lipsonk@ujafedny.org or 914.385.2134. Pizza will be served. Dietary laws observed.
